Diaspora Chicago, created by Chef Rob Carter, blends Southern, Caribbean, and West African food ways. His project serves as both a table and a stage where flavors spark conversation and meals become stories. Each gathering is designed as a cultural exchange, inviting guests to explore connections across the diaspora through shared plates, narratives, and community.
